The Staff that I interacted with from the time I arrived at my appointment, until I finished my visit was Professional, very kind, attentive to me, which made my visit pleasant. Had my 85 year old mother waiting for over a hour. If we were late or canceled they would have charged her. Also their different examination rooms aren't conducive for the elderly. A lot of walking back and forth.
