There seems like there’s no immediate need to secure the leaks in two of my heart valves. The next scheduled visit is in September echocardiogram.

Just like in the past, the entire staff at Dr. Kukreja's office is amazing and courteous people. Melissa, the ARNP, treats me like she has known me my whole life. She really cares and speaks to me in a language where I understand. And I left the office feeling happy.

I love this office, not only is everyone professional, they are kind and take time to listen to your issues. Every time I mention Dr Kukreja, whether it be to another Dr or hospital they tell me I have the best heart Dr. around.

Excellent! Waiting time could stand some improvement! Waited an hour before I was seen. Overbooking seems to b the problem. Once I did c the Dr., visit went very well!!

Every time I come to your office, I have to wait more than 20 minutes. When I went to get the stress test, we showed up early thinking that after check in, I would be seen after. But your front desk person was very rude, when I told her that it’s more than 15 minutes that I’m waiting. She said she scheduled 3 patients to come in at the same time. Why do something so stupid? Then I heard your employees coming in late, too. Granted that it has more traffic than usual these days, they should plan for that a leave earlier where they’re coming from. To make matters worse, we had to wait another 15 minutes to checkout. Because she left the front desk unattended. If you’re being relieved for lunch or a break, the right thing would be to wait until that person comes to relieve you. Not leave before that and leave the desk unattended. Then Christina, told me “the doctor would be in to see you”. He never showed. His ARNP showed up. I suppose he thinks I don’t count. In his mind, I am not sick, so why should he waste his time seeing me. But AI is coming. In the next 5 years his specialty would be gone, and the robots will take over, and he will be out of a job.
