As I mentioned to Melissa at my visit, I can think of no other medical office (in my personal encounters) with such a pleasant, professional and knowledgeable staff.
I will admit (that as a human) I dislike having to leave a message. But, so goes the world.

It is always a joy to come to the office. The office staff are the best. Melissa McGinley is awesome. She was so caring and knowledgeable. She explained in detail the results of my tests. She relieved my husband and I of our worries. She went out of her way to help me.

This is an unusually high-quality practice. The level of professionalism they exhibit is in itself enough to recommend them; but in combination with a culture of empathy and a willingness to take the time to listen, to explain and to reassure? Dr. K and his entire team are standouts and I could not regard them more highly.
