I had to wait over an hour to be seen. i arrived on time and was not seen until after I told the desk that I was sitting for over an hour. Once I was seen it was good

The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In particular, the clinicians thoroughly review your individual health history, assess any changes, and most importantly, listen to patient concerns. They impart conservative remedies or means to explore likely cause of patient’s concerns.

Although the waiting time was about a half hour past my appointment time everyone there did their best to make things comfortable for all of us. This is just a sign of our times and this Doctor is the best so Is his staff. He’s definitely worth waiting for if I could give him 6 stars I would

For my first time, I had a good experience. I lied that the doctor asked questions. They’re concerned on giving you the right information about what you need. They’re very concerned about the patient. The office is a very nice office and so are all the employees so for now, I will give it a five because I think that I had a good experience for my first time my aunts been going there, but this was my first time and I will see how it works from here.

All of the staff members I have encountered are very professional, by phone or in person. When you send them a text, you can expect a response.
They listen to your concerns and will address them. The nurses consult with Dr. Kakraja and he is available.
