I wasn’t feeling well BP high very systematic
Dr k saw me and had his wonderful nurse practitioner Melissa see me although I was told by front desk girl to go to the er as I could not be worked into the schedule
It gave me piece of mind to establish a new regimen of medication especially since it was a Friday
I truly appreciate Dr K getting me seen by Melissa

Everyone was professional. Except for the reseptionest. She never signed me in and I waited an hour. When I was finally was called back the assistant said she put down that I arrived 10 minutes ago. This was a total falsification of fact. I was not happy with this treatment on my first visit. I spoke to the office manager and she made excuses for this behavior. Orher then this reseptionest everyone else was wonderful. I want to continue being a patient

It was a very positive experience. Melissa is my nurse practitioner and she made me feel very comfortable and she listened to my concerns.
